Peter, This is the (fortnightly) train of silica to Cadoxton (South Wales) for Dow Corning. The containers are top-loaders. There are currently no rail-served container facilities in Calais Aux Francophones; le produit dans ces wagons et containers est un espece du silica, venant du Jura et des Alpes. Le destination est Cadoxton, pres du Cardiff, et tres proche de chez Maman. Cordialement Brian

Who is it run for - and where in Calais are containers handled.

It is a not much reported train in the UK, and I didn't realise it ran at such length.
